Coming soon: PURELEI Store in Munich

Since we closed our PURELEI Pop-up Store in Mannheim back in 2022, loads has happened. We've scoured plenty of spots in different cities, and guess where we landed? The stunning city of Munich, that's where! After months of planning, organizing, brainstorming, and construction works, we're nearly there: Get ready to soak up the unique vibe of PURELEI in a sweet 150-square-meter space.

When: Starting April 15, 2024

Where: Kaufingertor Passage, Kaufingerstraße 9, 80331 Munich

Aloha liebe Katrin, das tut uns leid und sollte natürlich auf keinen Fall sein. Wie Deliah gesagt hat, kann Dir das Team vor Ort im Store hier weiterhelfen. Am einfachsten ist es natürlich, wenn Du sie im Store besuchst und die Kette mitbringst. Viele Grüße!

Hallo zusammen, ich habe am 30.5.2025 vor Ort im Store eine Kette gekauft Bloom, und nach bereits 3 Monaten ist sie verfärbt. Ich habe sie nicht mit Wasser in Verbindung gebracht. Deliah vom Reklamationsformular sagte ich soll mich an den Store wenden. Freue mich auf Antwort!

Hallo, wo kann man denn Termine für die infinity bracelet vereinbaren. Ich werde immer in die Purelei-App zurück geworfen, wenn ich online irgendwo einen Termin ausmachen möchte.
