Shipping will begin in August and include an individual tracking link.
If you ordered your Advent calendar during the pre-sale in May, you have until August 15, 2025 to cancel your Advent calendar order through our customer service or change the shipping address. It is not possible to change the color. After August 15, 2025, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
The Advent calendar is excluded from our 30-day return policy. Returns are only possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is complete and intact. If this is not the case, we will return the Advent calendar to the sender.
To determine the total value, we look at each individual product in the Advent calendar and calculate the retail price at which the product would normally be available in our shop. The regular retail prices add up to the total value of our Advent calendar.
You can purchase the Advent calendar using PayPal, credit card, or Klarna. Gift cards can also be used as a payment method. Discount codes cannot be applied.
If you have selected “Klarna - Purchase on account” as your payment method, please note the payment deadline displayed in your Klarna account. Payment is independent of the delivery date shown on the calendar.
The calendar is available in four color variations: gold, silver, rose gold, and—after receiving such positive feedback in 2024—we are once again offering a two-tone Advent calendar this year.
Which pieces of jewelry are gold and which are silver has already been determined and cannot be selected individually. Half of the doors will be gold and the other half silver.
Yes, our Advent calendars will also be available for purchase at our PURELEI stores in Munich and Cologne.
